In Chile, the new Constitution massively rejected by referendum, according to the partial results
The Chileans overwhelmingly rejected, on Sunday, September 4, the proposal for a new Constitution which aimed to replace that inherited from the dictatorship of Augusto Pinochet (1973-1990), according to partial results relating to the counting of 72% of the ballots.

Some 62.2% of voters said ” dismiss “ the proposal which intended to introduce new social rights, in particular in education, health or housing, to recognize the rights of indigenous peoples or the right to abortion, against 37.8%, according to the electoral authority.
