For Emmanuel and Brigitte Macron, there are several hundred to have gathered in the colorful shopping streets of the French Vieux Carré, the historic heart of the city. Here, 3,000 concerts are organized per month, or 100 per day. Jazz groups play indeed at each crossroads, Cajuns have donned the traditional costumes of the Black Indians. The police make rounds.
