For several days, dozens of tourists have flocked to Niagara to contemplate its falls, partly frozen by the cold wave currently hitting North America. The water flow of over 2,800 cubic meters per second still withstood the weather conditions. Only part of the falls is currently frozen, in particular because of the clouds of mist that come to freeze its surroundings.

The tourist town, located in Ontario, Canada, on the border with the United States, has not been spared by the drop in temperatures and rainfall. At the end of January, it was almost -15°C and snow fell on this city of 430,000 inhabitants, thus covering it with a thick white coat.
