“It’s a double message vis-à-vis our activists. After a historic May 1st (which brought together in Rennes between 8,000 and 24,000 people, editor’s note), it is a message of combativeness, vis-à-vis our union apparatuses and the government of Ms. Borne which today invites us to discuss various subjects”, explained to AFP Fabrice Lerestif, secretary of the Force Ouvrière union in Ille-et-Vilaine.

“We don’t want to make the Gallic village. We don’t want to teach the other union federations a lesson either. But we want to show that it’s important to give a message of combativeness. We don’t give up,” added Mr. The restive.
