Announced during the PlayStation 5 conference in 2020, stray will finally be released on July 19, 2022. Published by Annapurna Interactive, the feline adventure game from French studio BlueTwelve will be available on PC, PS4 and PS5 and as a bonus, accessible to Extra and Premium members of the new Playstation Plus.
In the shoes of an adorable stray ginger cat, you find yourself lost in a cyber-city fallen into oblivion. Separated from your family, you will have to explore the city, between neon-lit alleys and nauseating areas of the slums. However, you will not be completely alone on your journey. Indeed, you will have as a companion a small flying drone bearing the name of B12, which will be there to help you escape from the city.
Stray will immerse you in a universe very inspired by the cyberpunk genre, strongly reminiscent of the visual style of blade runner. And if it will probably be very pleasant to discover this environment through the eyes of a cat, we must not forget the threats that abound there.
