In the snowstorm – car crashed into brook: mother and daughter injured

Spectacular car accident on Monday evening in the Tyrolean lowlands: A 53-year-old lost control of her car on a snowy road in Wildschönau (Kufstein district), whereupon it fell off the road and fell into an adjacent stream. The driver and her daughter in the passenger seat suffered minor injuries.

The accident occurred shortly before 10 p.m. in Niederau: The 53-year-old Hungarian was driving into the valley on the Wildschönauer Landesstraße when she lost control of the car due to the wintry conditions. The car then slid over the left edge of the road and fell into the adjacent stream bed. There the vehicle remained on the roof. Rescued by Florianis from BachThe driver and her daughter (23) who were traveling with them were able to free themselves from the wreckage, but had to be rescued from the bed of the stream by the alarmed fire brigade. According to the police, they sustained minor injuries. The car was totaled.
