A man driving near a burning house in the United States saved five people, including a 6-year-old girl.

We see the hero of the day coming out of the fire with a six-year-old girl in his arms, heading for help. An agent then recovers the child in order to allow the firefighters to continue their intervention but also to rescue Nick Bostic. The latter, who is struggling to breathe, explains that he needs oxygen. He is then installed a few meters from the burning house, lying on the ground. “I can’t breathe,” he says. He then asks, “Is the baby okay? Please tell me she’s fine,” he asks. An agent then reassures him about the condition of the little girl, who only suffers from a cut on her foot, indicates the “Lafayette Journal & Courier “.

The facts took place last Monday. Nick Bostic was driving when he drove by the burning house and decided to intervene. After managing to get four people out of the home, he returned to rescue the 6-year-old child who was upstairs, police said. The story could have ended tragically since Nick Bostic found himself stuck upstairs with the girl. So he decided to jump out the window, with the young victim in his arms. The accidental fire was reportedly caused by ashes being emptied into a bucket before they were fully extinguished.
After his procedure, Nick was taken to hospital where he was treated for smoke inhalation and an arm injury. He is expected to be honored next month at a ceremony held by the police department. A collection of donations organized as part of the sale of tickets for a basketball game will also take place. The money will be donated to Nick Bostic’s hometown.
