Matignon stresses that “the government will ensure the activation of the ORSEC ‘health management of heat waves’ system in all departments on heat wave alert, the mobilization and awareness of all actors” such as the services the State, local authorities, health and medico-social establishments (in particular accommodation establishments for dependent elderly people).
Will also be taken into account the companies most exposed to outdoor work, transport companies but also the organizers of sporting or cultural events. Prevention messages must also be multiplied with people who are fragile or overexposed to heat.
