Two months after celebrating their wedding, Mathieu and Alexandre, flagship couple of Love is in the meadow made a small infidelity to Karine Le Marchand by going on the set ofIncredible transformations. After finding love, the duo wanted to please Pierrette, Alexandre’s grandma, by helping her adopt a new look. Faced with the experts of the show, Mathieu had warned: “For me, it’s Madame Naphtaline, when she arrives, you have the impression of being in the last century (…) The first time he introduced her to me, she arrived home with velvet moccasins, pink socks with a little cat, a spindle above the navel.“For his part, Alexandre confided:”Her body is 84 years old, but her mind is 34! She doesn’t stop! Much of my life, she has done everything for me. We want to give her a gift, tell her that we love her and thank her.“
On the set of the show, it is with emotion that Pierrette confided that she knew that she had forgotten herself and that she was no longer paying attention to her look. In order to highlight her femininity, the team gave everything! On the look side, Charla Carter has favored a modern outfit in warm tones to highlight her skin tone. Pierrette thus wore a mat satin shirt, high waisted jeans, a belt and a Saharan-shaped jacket. In order to please the granny ofAlexander, the stylist chose moccasins in pink beige leather. Regarding makeup, Barbara Ngana preferred to go natural by applying a bronze makeup on her eyes. On the hair side, Nicolas Waldorf gave it a dark brown color. A few hours later, Alexander literally collapsed upon discovering her. “It’s really you ?“he asked.
Pierrette: “I don’t recognize myself!”
Recovered from his emotions, Alexandre explained: “It’s the shock, downright! The experts did a phenomenal job for me. I never imagined seeing my grandmother in this state. I find her lovely and I think there is nothing more beautiful!“Asked about the look that her grandson wore on her, Pierrette confided:”It makes me happy, you speak! “By uncovering herself in the mirror, the latter exclaimed:” Olalala, I do not recognize myself! I do not believe it ! It’s good, I’m happy, impeccable!“
