“A few quick words to finish, I would first like to thank Camille Girerd, who made the choice to devote himself to the production of documentariesalways with us in the environment of C Policy and It tonight next season. She will no longer be around this table. Camille, you were a columnist, editor-in-chief, joker… You replaced me, when I needed it, brilliantly. So, thank you on my behalf and on behalf of the whole team“, first indicated Karim Rissouli, before addressing directly the viewers of France 5. “For my part, I am simply going to thank you, you who have trusted us for six years every Sunday. You continued to do so, by the way. Thank you for your loyalty. I will step down next season“, underlined the journalist.
Karim Rissouli: “I won’t have time to thank everyone”
“C Policy, it continues. Camille will be there. Thomas (Snégaroff, editor’s note) will be there. Yaël Goosz will be there. Me, I know what I will be doing on Sunday evening at 6:30 p.m. on my couch. Anyway, I won’t have time to thank everyone, everyone who has worked with me, who deserves it, and, I think, knows it…“, added Karim Rissouli, before being brutally cut off in his farewell by the channel. After a series of commercials, Thomas Snégaroff took over for the rest of the show, without however returning to the technical incident. For your information, the latest issue of C Policy presented by Karim Rissouli attracted an average of 698,000 viewers, which represents 5% audience share of the entire 4-year-old audience and more, according to the figures of Mediametry.
