(Boursier.com) — Inea saw its turnover for the 1st quarter amount to 15.5 MEUR, up 13.3% over twelve months. The company is recording an acceleration in the growth of its turnover, which was up 6.9% over the same period in 2022.
5.6% of this growth is due to income related to the entry into operation of new office buildings in Lyon and Toulouse, and an urban logistics platform in Romainville; and 7.7% by the favorable trend in rents on a like-for-like basis.
