According to information from Europe 1, the Minister of the Interior Gérald Darmanin contacted the prosecutor after the publication on social networks of a video in which an Internet user makes anti-Semitic remarks about the babies killed by Hamas during the terrorist attack against Israel in early October.
The Minister of the Interior, Gérald Darmanin, referred the matter to the Paris public prosecutor under article 40 of the code of criminal procedure after the broadcast of an anti-Semitic video that went viral on social networks, in which an Internet user mocks Jewish babies killed by Hamas during the terrorist attack on Israel.
On October 7, the armed wing of Hamas, a terrorist movement that has controlled the Gaza Strip since 2007, announced that it had launched the “Al-Aqsa Flood” operation against Israel and launched more than 5,000 rockets. Several deadly attacks were launched in parallel by Hamas, during which more than 1,400 Israelis were killed, including babies.
