Brazen vandals were probably up to mischief both in the Oberland and in the Unterland at the weekend. In Imst, several objects were smeared with green paint, in Reith im Alpbachtal the paint finks chose the colors red and blue for their “works of art”.
The perpetrators are likely to have struck on Monday night at Rofen in the municipality of Imst. “The strangers sprayed several objects with green paint between Sunday 5 p.m. and Monday 8.30 a.m.,” says the police, who are now asking for useful information on 059133/7100. Colleagues at PI Kramsach (tel. 059133/7219) hope for possible witnesses. Between Wednesday last week and Monday, the facade of the elementary school and a bench in Reith im Alpbachtal were sprayed with red and blue paint. “A total of 13 graffiti all have similar patterns,” the investigators said.
