January 4 update
After customers of the direct bank ING Germany were affected by problems with online banking and in the official app since yesterday afternoon, the operators have now commented on the disruption on Twitter. They state that the disruption has now been resolved and that both internet banking and the app are working properly again.

If you currently want to log into the online banking of ING-Diba, you won’t get very far at the moment. Since 2 p.m., users have been reporting problems in our fault reporter. The disruption affects both the website and the bank’s app.
So far, there is no further information on what is causing the problems. However, the online bank announced via Twitter that they are currently taking care of the disruption.
