On closer inspection, hair trimmers, electric shavers and toothbrushes work in pretty much the same way – so why not combine them to save space and money? In addition, the modular approach is also good for the environment, as you only need one handpiece with battery instead of three or four.
Panasonic probably thought so too: the manufacturer is currently presenting the Multishape at IFA 2022, which offers attachments for toothbrushes, electric razors, hair trimmers and nose hair trimmers.
The product has been on the market for a short time and currently has 4.5 out of 5 stars from around 60 reviews on Amazon, for example.
Our assessment
We think the idea is great, but whether the Panasonic Multishape can shine in every category can hardly be assessed without a detailed test. The Amazon users at least seem to be mostly satisfied.
