During a traffic check on Sunday at 12 noon in Ottensheim, a 28-year-old from Moldova as a passenger in a truck on Rohrbacher Strasse, B127, was stopped by police officers and subjected to an identity check. In the process, it was established in the Interpol search database that there was an international wanted notice for Moldova (arrest warrant and extradition custody) against the man. The 28-year-old was taken to the Linz prison by order of the Linz public prosecutor’s office. The judgment of the Moldovan judicial authorities stated that the accused had been sentenced to four years and one month in prison for making false statements. In addition, there was a residence investigation for the Vienna public prosecutor against the 28-year-old.
