(CercleFinance.com) – Guerbet and Intrasense announce the launch of their collaboration following the success of the voluntary takeover bid initiated by Guerbet.
Following the reopened offer closed on June 5, 2023, Guerbet became
the majority shareholder of Intrasense with 56.46% of the capital.
Intrasense, a subsidiary of Guerbet serving medical imaging
Intrasense thus joins the Guerbet group as an independent structure, in order to accelerate its strategy of integrating and marketing artificial intelligence technologies from third parties.
Together, Guerbet and Intrasense aim to position themselves
as “a major player in artificial intelligence applied to medical imaging in oncology”, indicates the press release from Guerbet.
