(Boursier.com) — Bebo Health appeared on the Parisian stock market on January 21, via a direct listing on Euronext Access. be-bô is an e-commerce portal specializing in innovative technological products for health, sport and well-being.
The company launched the be-bô website in May 2020, an e-commerce portal specializing in products dedicated to health, sport and well-being. The products offered are primarily developed by Jacques Borgognon, its manager. The other items offered by the site are produced by SMEs integrating the entire value chain (R&D – production – sale). This premium offer is intended for individuals and professionals. The site is available in French and English.
The online catalog is made up of two innovations designed and developed by Jacques Borgognon: SLIM SONIC, a slimming belt capable of massively destocking excess fat and SNØ, a small device that generates cold or heat to maintain body temperature at a optimum level. In addition, the bebô offer is supplemented by micronutrition products (NATUR’EFFECT and MAIDAY) and the CELLISS offer.
As of September 30, 2021, the cash amounted to CHF 77,923.68.
The Swiss company recently announced a capital increase with the creation of 200,000 shares by conversion of claims of the majority shareholder CES Management for an amount of 3.7 million euros at a price of 18.50 euros per share.
By decision of the company’s general meeting of January 10, 2022, CES Management has in fact converted 80% of its partner current account (i.e. 3.7 ME) before admission to Euronext Access Paris and at the price of admission is 18.5 Euros giving rise to the creation of 200,000 new shares.
