(Boursier.com) — The Combined General Meeting ofInventive was held on June 20 at 9 a.m. at the Hôtel Castel Burgond in Daix, under the chairmanship of Frédéric Cren, Chairman and CEO and co-founder of Inventiva. The latter carried out the usual formalities for opening the session, in particular the constitution of the Bureau by appointing Pierre Broqua and Jean Volatier, as tellers, as well as Dorian Raynaldy, as secretary of the General Assembly.
All resolutions put to the vote were adopted by its shareholders, with the exception of the 30th resolution which was the subject of an unfavorable recommendation from the Board of Directors. This resolution would have given authority to the Board of Directors to decide on increases in share capital reserved for members of a company savings plan to be established by the company.
The Combined General Meeting notably approved, without modification, the remuneration policy for corporate officers.
