It’s been several weeks that iOS 16 is in the hands of developers. But now, we finally know more precisely the date of deployment of the public beta, expected for the month of July.

Each week is an opportunity to learn a little more about the future version of Apple’s mobile operating system. And soon, you won’t have to settle for simple returns. Indeed, you can directly try iOS 16 from any compatible iPhone.

The public beta of iOS 16 is fast approaching

It is well-informed journalist Mark Gurman, of Bloomberg, who shares the information directly from his Twitter account. If we already knew that a public beta of iOS 16 was planned for the month of July, we now know precisely when it will be deployed.

For those wondering where iOS 16 beta 2 is, the public beta (developer beta 3) is scheduled to release the week of July 11. So based on past history, I guess Beta 2 is next week, with Beta 3 to follow 2 weeks after that.

It couldn’t be clearer. It is from the week of July 11 that the beta of iOS 16 should be made public. Currently reserved for developers, the new version of the operating system should move into beta 2 over the next few days, before unveiling for the first time to the public within a few weeks.
