(Calgary, Canada), acting on behalf of clients and funds which it manages, declared that on October 31 it crossed the threshold of 5% of the company’s voting rights. Ipsos and hold, on behalf of said clients and funds, 2,437,964 Ipsos shares representing as many voting rights, i.e. 5.64% of the capital and 5.01% of the voting rights, following an acquisition of Ipsos shares on the walk.
