In the terror process before the Munich Higher Regional Court, ISIS returnees Jennifer W. * (30) was sentenced to ten years in prison.
The German court sentenced her on Monday for membership in a terrorist organization abroad, for aiding and abetting attempted murder, for attempted war crimes – and for crimes against humanity.
Life imprisonment required
The federal prosecutor’s office had accused the 30-year-old from Lohne in Lower Saxony of having watched in Iraq while her then-husband chained a little Yezidi girl in a courtyard and let her die of thirst there. She was originally charged with murder and war crimes, among other charges.
