Across Germany there are around 30 so-called failure to act lawsuits due to delayed approvals for the construction of wind turbines. Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania stands out with 19 lawsuits. In an interview with ntv.de, one of those affected describes the systematic blockade by the authorities.
