Télé Star: How did you feel when you lost?

Isabelle: A great sadness but this defeat was not surprising. I had already lost twice recently.

What do you think this defeat is due to?

Has a set of things. Fatigue, on the one hand. On the other hand, I didn’t want to hang on. I had already negotiated twice. And then, I did not appreciate the candidate who was in front of me and the themes of the final face-to-face.

How did your loved ones react to this defeat?

They knew it would end one day. They were proud of me. My eldest son was a little disappointed.

What was your goal in participating in Everyone wants to take its place ?

It was really to stay as long as possible. I wanted to participate for 15 years. I don’t hide from you that I would have liked to progress in the hierarchy of champions.

Have you received your winnings?

Not yet.

What are you going to do with these earnings?

A lot of useful things but mostly improvements in the house. I’m also going to buy an electric bike.

You leave with 100,000 euros. It’s a very nice sum, but it’s the sum that can be earned in one week in Les 12 coups de midi, in three days in Don’t forget the words… Do you find that the earnings of the emissions are too low?

It’s not bad already! A day with five shoots at 5,000 euros, I don’t know many jobs that pay that much. We can say that, compared to TF1, it’s poorly paid, but that also depends on the audience. We know it’s related. And then, it was not just a financial adventure. It was above all a challenge in terms of general culture.

Do you have other television projects?

Currently not. But I would like to participate in Questions for a champion in the years to come. For fun and culture!

Are you recognized on the street?

It happens from time to time. It’s not bothersome at all. It’s always very nice.

What links have you made with Laurence Boccolini ?

We weren’t very close because we were still in compliance with the health rules related to the Covid. But Laurence really puts us at ease. She is cheerful.

You wanted to participate for 15 years. Did the replacement of Nagui by Laurence Boccolini have an impact on your will?

No not at all ! Whoever the host, I wanted to participate in Everyone wants to take their place. I really liked Nagui and his way of hosting, but Laurence Boccolini puts people more at ease. She is less into bashing.
