A man, who had just committed a robbery at a service station in Seyssinet-Pariset (Isère), died on Friday afternoon May 27 from his injuries after being hit by a policeman’s shot, said the Grenoble public prosecutor’s office.

The facts took place around 5:00 p.m. in a Total station in the town, after the individual had “shot in the direction of the cashierwith a firearm, public prosecutor Eric Vaillant said in a statement, confirming information from the regional daily Le Dauphiné Libéré.
