MILAN, Sept 28 (Reuters) – Italian fashion group OTB plans to float on the stock market by early 2025, chief executive Ubaldo Minelli told reporters on Wednesday.

“We have been thinking about going public for a while now, it has always been our ambition,” he said, adding that the group should achieve this objective between the end of 2024 and the beginning of 2025.

He added that the company’s first sustainability report was part of the move towards a listing.

OTB, which is controlled by businessman Renzo Rosso, owns the brands Jil Sander, Maison Margiela, Marni, Viktor&Rolf and Diesel. (Report Elisa Anzolin, French version Federica Mileo, edited by Kate Entringer)
