In the future Olympic village of Paris 2024 in Seine-Saint-Denis, air purifiers in the shape of flying saucers have appeared, as recently explained our colleagues from BFMTV. Intended to purify the air, these devices are not unanimous. This Monday, February 12, Isabelle Morini-Bosc was particularly outraged by this new feature in PAF, on C8.
“Where are we going Pascale? (From La Tour du Pin, the presenter of the show, editor’s note) ? You can imagine, we removed all the trees, but the first factor in anti-pollution and oxygen production is the tree! We remove all the trees, and we put in materials that require energy to produce, to suck! This is an aberration!“, initially launched, mad with rage, the 67-year-old columnist.
“I hate this catastrophism which is ruining the atmosphere, a few months before the Olympics…“, replied her comrade Damien Canivez, one of Pascale de La Tour du Pin’s favorites on the show. Enough to annoy Isabelle Morini-Bosc even more: “Stopped ! I don’t want to hear that! When there is no longer a tree, and there are 9 billion of us, with only mineral things that require production, to generate the electricity economy, and we will be there dying from lack of oxygen or pollution… I don’t understand how someone intelligent like you can say stupid things like that!“, she screamed.
Pascale de La Tour du Pin to the rescue
“But you have trees everywhere! You just don’t have any in this place because…“, replied Damien Canivez, before being cut off by his neighbor at the table, furious and visibly still in total disagreement with him: “No, you don’t have them everywhere, there are fewer and fewer of them, everything that we are in the process of destroying in Paris, in all the cities, everywhere!“Tensions quickly eased by Pascale de La Tour du Pin.”Go! Go! Go (…) That’s enough !“, the former BFMTV journalist intervened after a few moments, in order to calm his columnists and get back on track with the program. Fortunately, the show was then able to continue its course, in a much less deleterious atmosphere!
