Maggie Gyllenhaal (43) was able to look forward to a special moment at the Venice Film Festival. Her directorial debut “The Lost Daughter” premiered on Friday evening (September 3rd). Family support was a must: Brother Jake Gyllenhaal (40) showed up with her on the red carpet. The siblings had apparently even coordinated their outfit in terms of color.
Maggie Gyllenhaal appeared in a high-necked, floor-length dress in black with white puff sleeves. Her brother Jake chose a loose fitting suit in white, his shirt in a matching color he wore slightly unbuttoned. Also present at the premiere were, among others, Peter Sarsgaard (50), the husband of Maggie Gyllenhaal, and the actresses of the film, Olivia Colman (47) and Dakota Johnson (31).
