In his acceptance speech at the Critics' Choice Awards, Jason Sudeikis especially thanked his ex-fiancée Olivia Wilde.

Jason Sudeikis (45, "We are the Millers") thanked his ex-girlfriend Olivia Wilde (36, "Booksmart") in his acceptance speech at the Critics' Choice Awards. Just a week after he was honored for his performance in the series "Ted Lasso" at the Golden Globes, he has now won in three categories. A success that he apparently ascribes in large part to his ex-fiancée.

When he received the award for the best comedy series, Sudeikis took the moment to thank the people who have contributed to the success of the series. First he thanked his children, Otis (6) and Daisy (4). Finally, "I want to thank her mother, Olivia, who came up with the original idea for this series." He would have thought it wouldn't work, but: "She was right."

Wilde and Sudeikis got together in 2011, they got engaged in 2013 and had daughters Daisy and Otis. In November 2020, they announced their separation, completely surprising. Despite the acceptance speech, it should be too late for the couple: Wilde is now with Harry Styles (27, "Watermelon Sugar") – according to US media reports, she even moved in with him on Valentine's Day.
