(Boursier.com) — JCDecaux SE announces the appointment of Elina Valtia as Managing Director of JCDecaux Finland, effective April 1, 2023. She will report to Jean-François Decaux.
Most recently, Elina Valtia served as Director of Warner Bros. Discovery Finland, integrating the Scandinavian management team. During his years at Warner Bros. Discovery, Elina led the Advertising Department of the discovery+ streaming service and several linear television channels, notably during the broadcast of the 2018 and 2022 Olympic Games. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) are values dear to Elina Valtia which , in addition to his other duties, was responsible for DEI for the Scandinavian area during the merger of Warner Media with Discovery. Elina Valtia is passionate about sales in the BtoB sector and before joining the television media, she worked for a long time within the sales teams of Clear Channel then JCDecaux Finland where she was Sales Director from 2007 to 2014.
