JCDecaux posts an 11% increase in its quarterly activity


(AOF) – JCDecaux revealed its adjusted turnover for the first quarter of 2024, up 11.1% to 801.6 million euros. It increased by 11% organically. Digital turnover (DOOH) increased by 28% organically, to reach 35.9% of the group’s turnover. Street furniture increased by 9.2% and transport by 15.1%, “reflecting the solid recovery of activity both in airports and in public transport networks in all geographies except of China”, specifies a press release from the outdoor advertising specialist.

“As for the second quarter, JCDecaux expects organic revenue growth of around 12%, driven by continued strong growth in digital revenue in all our business segments and including a positive impact of the Olympic Games in Paris and the European Football Championship in Germany”, specifies Jean-François Decaux, Chairman of the Management Board and Co-Chief Executive Officer of JCDecaux.

The group will publish its results for the first half of 2024 on July 25.
