Jean-Jacques Bourdin fired from RMC and BFMTV: he found an employer, and not just any

After his withdrawal from the antenna of BFM TV and RMC, Jean-Jacques Bourdin begins at the start of a new start at the microphone of a famous radio station.

Jean Jacques Bourdin had not said his last word. The journalist returns to the airwaves at the start of the school year. But this time, it will not be on BFM TV and RMC, the continuous news channel and radio on which he officiated for years before being laid off at the beginning of 2022. Indeed, the journalist signed a contract for the 2022/2023 season with Sud Radio, we learned this Wednesday. Jean Jacques Bourdin will be on the air at from August 29 for a daily live broadcast every morning between 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m..

This program of debates and dialogues, entitled Let’s Talk True at Bourdin gives the floor to listeners as well as to many guests, specialists and experts, to comment on and decipher the news, indicates Sud Radio in a press release. Face-to-face meetings are also offered to highlight contradictory opinions with the moderation of Jean Jacques Bourdin. He proudly announced the news on Twitter: “Doing the job you love is a chance! Mine is informing you, asking questions, sharing with you. I’m so happy to see you on #sudradio this Monday between 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Come many. ” Let’s speak truth at Bourdin’.”

The weight of the accusations against Jean-Jacques Bourdin

patrick rogerthe Managing Director of Sud Radio, welcomed the arrival of Jean Jacques Bourdin, an immense professional who brings to our channel his rich experience, his deep knowledge of the files, the incomparable relevance of his interviews and of course his very strong empathy with the public”.

An arrival that makes a lot of noise: in January 2022, a former journalist from BFMTV filed a complaint against Jean Jacques Bourdin for attempted sexual assault. After Fanny Agostini, the journalist Sidonie Bonnec had also taken the floor to denounce a “confusing” invitation from the journalistin 2010. The journalist was then dismissed from the antenna of BFMTV and RMC.
