“He should consider another job”: Bruno Le Maire clashes with Jean-Luc Mélenchon
In recent months, Jean-Luc Mélenchon’s speeches have in any case not failed to get people talking. Present on the set of C to you at the beginning of December, Bruno Le Maire was invited to react to the controversy which occurred after the publication on X, formerly Twitter, of the leader of the Insoumis against the journalist Ruth Elkrief, the victim of numerous threats. His policy, his word by definition has an impact […] maybe Jean-Luc Mélenchon should seriously consider doing another jobbecause all the words he says now are dictated solely by hatred.“
He then continued his diatribe against the far-left man, giving his reasoning on the latter’s actions: “Basically, Jean-Luc Mélenchon, when you look at the years that have just passed, he is the man of failure. He failed to become president of the Republicfailed to become Prime Minister, failed to maintain the unity of NUPES, and the man of failure” indicated Bruno Le Maire, explaining that all these failures transformed the founder of LFI into “man of hatred”, “ready to do anything to exist, to make anti-Semitic and violent declarations, to attack journalists, and to multiply inflammatory tweets.“
