This Thursday, August 11, Jean-Luc Reichmann announced the death of his mother in a moving message. In recent months, Josette had experienced several health problems.
It is a sad message that Jean-Luc Reichmann posted on social networks. This Thursday, August 11, the host of 12 noon shots took to his Twitter account to announce shocking news: his mother died on Sunday August 7. “Today I’m crying, my heart no longer shines, yours has died outhe wrote. I love you very much you know mom and I know that where you have been since Sunday, you are watching over us. Thank you Mom, thank you for everything you have done for us. Kiss daddy hard.” To pay tribute to his mother, Jean-Luc Reichmann published three photos of Josette, including one taken with his dad, who died in September 2016 at the age of 83.
Woman in the shadows, Josette had agreed to discuss her relationship with her son in the documentary broadcast during the 12th anniversary of 12 noon shots, last July. She then returned to the mockery that Jean-Luc Reichmann suffered when he was little because of his birthmark on his face. “At home, he never complained. He was always very reserved about it because he didn’t want to hurt us I think. He must have asked me once or twice: ‘Why do I ‘have this task?’ I told him it would happen, confided Josette, facing the camera. He clowned around all the time. As soon as there was the family, he made everyone laugh. He wasn’t afraid of anything.” Very close to his mother, Jean-Luc Reichmann was separated from her for many months because of the various confinements.
Jean-Luc Reichmann: his mother was sick
Discreet about his private life, the host of 12 noon shots revealed a few weeks ago that Josette was sick. “It’s beautiful what you are saying because dialysis is still very, very restrictive. This is the case for my mum, so I think very, very strongly of my mum, whom I love, of course”, he replied to a candidate for the TF1 game. Last December in the columns of Galathe host seemed worried about his mother. “Mom is 87. As a great singer used to say, ‘it goes away and it comes back’. But for now, it’s okayhe explained to our colleagues. We enjoy every moment. So far so good…” Six years after losing his dad, Jean-Luc Reichmann had to say goodbye to the first woman in his life.
