Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have been in love again since last year. Now they’re buying a $50 million mansion.
Jennifer Lopez (52) and Ben Affleck (49) are taking the next step in their relationship: they are currently trying to find a villa together, and it is said that the signatures should soon be placed under the purchase contract. That reports the US celebrity portal “TMZ”. The celebrities in love want to buy a property in the posh Bel Air district of Los Angeles for $ 50 million. Allegedly, Lopez and Affleck want to move into the villa with their children.
The house of interest is just under 2,000 square feet. It has ten bedrooms and 17 bathrooms. The villa also includes several kitchens, a cinema, a gym and a pool. In addition, the property is shielded by many trees all around, but should still offer an incredible view of the city.
The pair would have sealed the mid-$50 million deal by now. Nevertheless, they can’t quite call the luxury villa of a Texan billionaire their own, detailed negotiations are currently taking place.
Dream couple buys dream villa
Lopez and Affleck – dubbed Bennifer by the press – dated back to the early 2000s and were engaged at the time. After they were both married to other people in the meantime – he to Jennifer Garner (49), she to Marc Anthony (53) – they have been reunited since spring 2021. Lopez brings 14-year-old twins Emme and Maximilian into the relationship, and the actor has daughters Violet, 16, and Seraphina, 13, and son Samuel, 10.
