Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are officially married. The two Hollywood stars tied the knot in Georgia last weekend. Now the bride also gives a first look at her three wedding dresses and her styling. And that cost a lot!
After around twenty years, Jennifer Lopez, 53, and Ben Affleck, 50, have found each other again – and this time even made it to the altar. After their civil wedding in July in the closest circle in Las Vegas, the couple said yes again on August 20, 2022 in front of friends and family. They celebrated their love for three days at the “Argo” star’s estate in Georgia. So far, fans have only been able to enjoy paparazzi photos of the celebrations from afar. Now there are finally the first official pictures of their dreamlike wedding looks.

“First look at my wedding looks on OnTheJLo.com,” the ‘Marry Me’ actress announced her newsletter to fans on Tuesday afternoon, August 23, on Instagram. She also shares a photo that shows her face close-up. The glamorous make-up of the singer and actress can be guessed behind a delicate, white veil.
JLo wore three Ralph Lauren wedding dresses
As promised, JLo then promptly delivers photos via her personal newsletter. In her fan newsletter, the entertainer shows that she not only wore a dreamy wedding dress by designer Ralph Lauren, but apparently three. “The dresses were gorgeous…thanks Ralph Lauren,” she writes in the email, which is sent exclusively to subscribers, and shares close-ups of the ruffled dress, one with Swarovski stones and one with pearls.

But the wedding dresses of the celebrity are not only visually appealing. Jennifer also went all out when it came to the costs and is said to have shelled out more than a million US dollars for her dresses. A stylist from Jennifer Lopez estimates the value of her three couture dresses by designer Ralph Lauren, 82, at around 1,005,000 euros. “Couture wedding dresses can range in price from around €55,300 to as much as €5,025,000.
But Lauren’s are more expensive. “These dresses start at around €502,400 each,” he told Mail Online. “The Ralph Lauren wedding dresses are extremely rare. The American has previously designed four other wedding dresses, including a cream-colored dress for Priyanka Chopra, 40 , at her wedding to Nick Jonas, 29. But money really shouldn’t have been an issue for the new Misses Affleck.

Earrings with diamonds and pearls sparkle on her ears throughout the evening and they too have a very special story. The diamond earrings, over 27 carats, are a luxury creation by diamond dealer Samer Halimeh. He is one of the best and most exclusive sellers of diamonds and is considered a jewelry consultant for stars such as Naomi Campbell and Oprah Winfrey. His pear-shaped diamonds are said to have been specially made for Jlo’s party in Georgia. The value of the jewelry is estimated at a whopping two million dollars.

Celebrity makeup artist Mary Philips is responsible for JLo’s beauty look in Georgia. For the singer’s big day, she not only creates the first mother-of-pearl look including winged liner under the veil, but also transforms the Latina’s make-up into brown smokey eyes and brownish 90s lips for her two other wedding dresses. Hair artist Chris Appleton creates three perfect bridal hairstyles with a high ponytail, a bun and a twisted updo.

Within a few hours, the Instagram post collected over half a million likes and numerous comments. “I can hardly wait,” writes US TV star Brad Goreski, 45, for example. Star stylist Mariel Haenn praises: “The perfect bride on the perfect day.” Entrepreneur Loren Ridinger, who was apparently a guest at the three-day wedding herself, reveals: “It was the most beautiful wedding, baby. I’m so happy.”
