At 52, singer Jennifer Lopez is in a form others only dare to dream of. She proves how sporty she is in the new Dolce&Gabbana campaign. Because here Ben Affleck’s girlfriend only lets herself be photographed in lingerie, which means that everyone can take a look at her stomach.
It quickly becomes clear: The sports program of the 52-year-old seems to be paying off, because her lateral abdominal muscles are clearly visible. She reveals to “US Weekly” in 2021 that she would train three to four times a week. High-intensity workouts, strength training, circuit training and kickboxing are on the agenda here.
