As he announced on Thursday on X (formerly Twitter)., he tested positive for the coronavirus. As a result of his Covid illness, he now has to cancel his participation in a live event with his talk colleagues Jimmy Fallon (49) and Stephen Colbert (59) in Las Vegas.
Talk legends support authors on strike
Authors in the US film and television industry have been on strike since May – with no end in sight yet. The most famous talk shows on US television and their hosts are also affected by the strike: Jimmy Kimmel, Jimmy Fallon and Stephen Colbert.
