Jo-Wilfried Tsonga: touching cliché and moving message for his wife and children


Thursday June 2, 2022, Jo-Wilfired Tsonga shared a moving snapshot of his family during the last match of his career at Roland-Garros. He took the opportunity to send them a moving message.

On Tuesday May 24, Jo-Wilfried Tsonga lost to Norwegian Casper Ruud in the first round of the Grand Slam tournament. A defeat that marked the end of his tennis career, after 18 years of professional career and 18 titles. A particularly moving last match for the one who suffered physically these last years.

More than a week after his elimination, Jo-Wilfried Tsonga wanted to express themselves on their way of envisaging the future. Thursday, June 2, he shared several photos of his family at Roland-Garros on his Instagram account. On the first, we can see his wife Noura El Swekh and his two boys. In the caption, the 37-year-old wrote: “Today, my family is once again my priority. Without her, I will not be the man I have become. Thank you for supporting me all these years.“. A very moving message for his loved ones who have been there throughout his career.
