Joe and Jill Biden: Heading to LA for the Grammys

Joe and Jill Biden are expected in LA. On the occasion of the Grammys, they will meet with executives from the entertainment industry.

US President Joe Biden, 81, and First Lady Jill Biden, 72, are expected in Los Angeles on Saturday. On the occasion of the 66th Grammy Awards on Sunday, February 4, 2024, Biden will meet with black entertainment industry executives who are currently in the US metropolis in California.

According to a “Deadline” article, the aim of the talks is, to explore together how industry experts could use their platforms to mobilize voters for the US presidential election next November. However, the Bidens are already planning to travel to Las Vegas on Sunday. They will most likely not take part in the actual Grammy Awards.

Last year, the first lady attended the Grammy Awards and presented the award for “Best Song for Social Change” to Iranian musician Shervin Hajipour, 26.
