Singer JoJo can hardly believe her luck. On December 20, 2021, she celebrated her 31st birthday while on vacation with a few friends and her lover, Dexter Darden, 30. He had a very special surprise in store for her.
JoJo receives a marriage proposal on his birthday
The “Saved by the Bell” star got on his knees in front of the birthday boy and asked for his hand. JoJo, whose real name is Joanna Noëlle Levesque, proudly and overjoyed announced her around 2.3 million followers: inside the happy news on Christmas Day.
“Forever with YOU? I’m with you. I’m celebrating Christmas as a fiancé !!!”, she can hardly hold back her joy. “The most attentive, creative, positive, good-looking, strong, dearest person asked me if I would marry him. Of course I said YES!” He even flown in her mother, mother and her best friends for this special occasion to share this “incredible moment”.
