Joseph Hannesschläger: The colleagues say goodbye in a large funeral announcement

The team mourns its star. With a large, quarter-page advertisement in the "Süddeutsche Zeitung" the producer of the "Rosenheim-Cops", Alexander Ollig, says "goodbye" in the name of all colleagues of Joseph Hannesschläger (57). The popular actor died of cancer on Monday.

The death notice was also issued by those responsible for the Filmgesellschaft Bavaria and the company ZDF Enterprises, which is responsible for films and series.

Christian Ude to deliver funeral speech

Joseph Hannesschläger is buried in Munich's Ostfriedhof, reports the "Bild" newspaper. His parents were also buried there. However, the date has not yet been set.

Former Munich Mayor Christian Ude (72) is said to deliver the funeral speech. "I will tell you how brave Joseph approached the end. That he never lost hope, even though he had grasped the situation with incredible sobriety," the SPD politician told Bild.

Ude had been friends with the "Rosenheim Cops" star for years and had visited him several times in the hospice. He was at his bed the night before Hannessschläger died and later said: "I felt that he was no longer recording my words, just my voice. When I stroked his head, he smiled. That was his only reaction I knew it was coming to an end. "
