Jouéclub, Carrefour, Amazon … a toy that can cause serious injury recalled

This time around, the recall concerns the Advanced Single Shot Blaster children’s toy from the Spinner MAD brand, marketed nationwide at Leclerc, Carrefour, Joueclub, Amazon, Picwix, La grande récrée and King toy. It is therefore the subject of a recall for “risk of serious eye injury”, says Recall Conso. If the beam is directed into the eyes it can cause blood vessels to coagulate which will result in a significant decrease in central vision, whether temporary or permanent.

“Risk of external injury”

“Due to the risk of external injuries,” the Hazardous Products Alerts site also advises that you no longer use this considered hazardous product. It also offers consumers to return the product in question to points of sale for a refund.
