In the columns of Cine TV Review,Julien Clerc told an anecdote about actor Patrick Dewaere (whose 40th anniversary of his death was celebrated on July 16) and his former companion Sylvette Herry, known as Miou-Miou. The latter, he met her on the set of the film Love and fresh water, in the 1970s. The current immediately passed between them. Problem: the actress was in a relationship with Patrick Dewaere, whom she had met on the set of waltzersand with whom she had just given birth to a daughter named Angèle.
The situation obviously degenerated when the father of the child learned of this affair between his companion and the singer. “The first time we saw each other, he had come to wait for me at the exit of the filming of Love and Fresh Water. He knew what was going on between Miou-Miou and me. He punched me in the face” he recalled, before explaining that their relationship quickly died down when he sought to help her after the actress left him.

“Patrick had left at the same time sad, full of misfortune, upset. Then time passed, and he had to manage things well with his daughter. So I called him, we saw a shrink, who asked that he also come to the sessions“, he continued, before explaining that he insisted that the actor attend, in order to empty his bag in front of his daughter. “There, suddenly, we had a conversation, if not friendly, at least calm. I deduced that he didn’t want me anymore. I didn’t know him very well but I’m intuitive enough to feel the discomfort he carried around with him.“, concluded the interpreter of Melissa on this subject.
