Thursday October 13, 2022, in the columns of Madame Figaro, she indeed confided: “When I was young, I was told that I could never have children, which traumatized me. Getting pregnant changed my relationship to femininity. I had taken a lot of pounds, but I felt good, fulfilled. I perceived a power in my body which gave me confidence in myself.“Happy, the singer slipped:”Now I’m a mother of a 4-year-old boy, with whom I do wild dances on Paco de Lucía. And like all working women, I juggle between dream schedules and reality. My husband helps me, but he’s on tour a lot too. He is a light scenographer.“
Asked about gender, Juliette Armanet revealed during this interview: “Today I’m with a man because he’s the one who took my heart, but it could be a woman. I don’t want to gender myself, define myself and freeze myself, because that would be like imprisoning something that is constantly moving.“On November 25, 2021, for Gala, the artist had indicated that she had finished her tour being eight months pregnant. “My son Abel was born on November 15, 2018, so I took a break to welcome him. Juliette Armanet: “My son understood that I was a singer”
In September 2022, on the set of Daily, on TMC, the artist had confided that his son knew what she was doing in life. “My son understood that I was a singer. He came on a few dates and he mostly fell in love with the drums. I think he fell in love with my drummer, the long hair, the cigarette, he said to himself: ‘Ah la la, that’s too good!’“, she had declared. Assuring that it was not always easy to do everything at once, Juliette Armanet had slipped: “I was talking about it with Izia (Higelin, editor’s note) who has a little boy who is almost the same age and it’s not always easy to be in all the places of his life. In any case, he came many times and now he has a battery.“
