After one year of compulsory hiatus, the popular TV format “I’m a star – get me out of here” is coming back. The jungle camp is already eagerly awaited and the first prominent participants: inside should already be confirmed.

After the replacement show last year, the fans of “I’m a Star – Get Me Out of Here” are delighted that the show can take place again. In January the time has come and prominent candidates: inside are facing disgusting challenges. RTL has not yet revealed who will move into the jungle in January 2022. With one small exception: the three candidates Harald Glööckler, 55, Lucas Cordalis, 53, and the jungle show winner Filip Pavlović, 28, have been confirmed by the broadcaster in advance. According to “Bild” there should also be other candidates.

In addition to the men who have already been confirmed, seven other celebrities are said to have agreed to take part in the tough tests. Tina Ruland, 55, who is best known from the 1991 film “Manta, Manta”, no longer cuts a good figure next to Til Schweiger, 57, but next to snakes, cockroaches and other insects.

She receives female support from actress Anouschka Renzi, 57, Janina Youssefian, 39, “Bachelor” candidate Linda Nobat and reality TV star Christin Okpara. According to “Bild”, Eric Stehfest, 32, and “Prince Charming” candidate Manuel Flickinger are in the starting blocks for men.

IBES candidate: not yet officially confirmed

But like every year, RTL keeps a big secret about the participants and does not confirm any other celebrities. Already with the first announcement they revealed more than in the years before. And there will also be a change in the location next year: Due to the ongoing corona pandemic, the jungle show cannot take place in Australia as it usually does, but in 2022 it will go to Africa.
