Just before the Steam sales, GOG launches its Black Friday offers

Tonight 7 p.m., Steam will launch its traditional fall sales. In order to have some time in the sun, GOG has just started its promotions for Black Friday. A free game and good DRM-free deals are on the menu.

For a period of just over a week, like Steam in a handful of hours, GOG offers solid discounts (“ more than 6,000 “) on its dematerialized video game store. These promotions launched as part of Black Friday are therefore the ideal opportunity to get good deals while avoiding the DRM imposed by your competitor. GOG offers Styx: Shards of Darkness…

But before you spend a single cent, head to the GOG homepage or the game page Styx: Shards of Darkness. As happens regularly, the publisher wants to be generous by offering the title for life to those who claim it before the end of the offer (this evening around midnight). For the record, this is the second opus of the friendly Cyanide infiltration license where the player plays a murderous goblin. Styx: Master of Shadow is offered at -90%, or 1.99 euros.

…and launches Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection DRM-free

In parallel with these promotions, GOG is also launching the collection Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves. To play the famous PlayStation saga without DRM, it will normally cost 49.99 euros. But for these sales, 40% reduction is already there, for a total of 29.99 euros.

What to remember from these sales? If its extension Phantom Liberty is not yet sold, Cyberpunk 2077 trades at 29.99 euros (-50%). While waiting for the Ultimate edition, the pack bringing together the two is offered at 55.99 euros. Some quality titles also benefit from “ discounts never seen before » on GOG, like A Plague Tale: Requiem (22.49 euros, -55%), Horizon Zero Dawn Complete Edition (12.49 euros, -75%), Yakuza: Like a Dragon (20.39 euros, -66%) or even Disco Elysium – The Final Cut (10 euros, -75%).

There’s no need to rush though, especially since Steam will likely match most of these prices within a few hours.
