Hailey Bieber was recently hospitalized with a blood clot. Now her husband has spoken out about the “scary” incident.
After Hailey Bieber (25) was in the hospital due to “stroke-like symptoms”, her husband Justin Bieber (28) has now commented on it. At a concert in Denver, Colorado, the pop star opened up about the “scary” incident as seen in a video on his Instagram account.
“Most of you probably know about it or have seen the news about my wife, but she’s okay, she’s fine, she’s strong,” Bieber said, turning to the audience during his “Justice” tour appearance. “But it was scary, you know, it was really scary,” he added. “But I know for a fact that God has her in His hands, and that’s a good thing.”

Hailey Bieber had to be hospitalized a few days ago due to a medical emergency. She suddenly had “stroke-like symptoms” at breakfast, as the 25-year-old later explained in an Instagram story, and was therefore hospitalized. “They determined I had a very small blood clot in my brain that was causing a slight lack of oxygen,” the statement said.
However, she fully recovered within a few hours. Although it was one of the “scariest moments” of her life, “I’m home and fine now, and I’m so relieved and grateful for all the amazing doctors and nurses who took care of me!”
Hailey and Justin Bieber have known each other since they were children and got engaged in July 2018. Two months later, they were legally married in New York. In September of the following year, they exchanged their vows a second time at a large church ceremony with 150 invited guests.
