Kamel Belghazi (Tomorrow belongs to us) dad a bit “oldschool”: he reveals what he would like his daughters to avoid…

In tomorrow belongs to us (TF1), Kamel Belghazi delights fans in the role of William. Popular actor, he agreed to decipher his character and in particular the resonances between the latter and his private life as a dad, in the columns of TV Star. And the next plot directly concerns William, who has to confront his daughters’ sentimental questions. Dad of Sophia, 3 years old, and Mila, 8 years old, fruits of his love with his partner Marine Thierry, Kamel Belghazi admits to being on his questions rather “old school“.

He even tries not to think about it and to move forward step by step, his two daughters being still very young. But he nevertheless admits that when reading the scripts, he sometimes wonders how he would react to William’s place. The actor of tomorrow belongs to us hopes that his daughters will avoid “to fall in love with a habitual criminal“, like the character of Emma Smet in the hit series, or even “to bring a guy home“, like the character of Manon, played by Louvia Bachelier. He thus reveals to be rather old school on these questions. “That I think I would have troublerecognizes Kamel Belghazi with our colleagues. I must be a bit ‘old school’. I would never have asked my parents to put a girlfriend at home to sleep. But attitudes are changing. You have to adapt.” No question therefore for the interpreter of William to camp necessarily on his positions, if the world evolves.

It pushes Mila to develop her arguments and her free will

But is he already able to discuss these subjects with his 8-year-old eldest? “We cannot stay away from the subjects that concern our childrensays the father. We must try to understand them, to respect them while setting a framework. I favor open dialogue because it is always more constructive. I don’t mind having heated conversations especially with the eldest, Mila. It pushes her to develop her arguments and her free will.“A loving and open father who will thus accompany his daughters as well as possible. Kamel Belghazi, discreet about his private life, had already confided in the subject of Mila and Sophia, in particular by evoking the nicknames they give him. “They drive me crazyhe told Star TV. Sophia is 3 years old, she calls me Papa boyfriend. As for Mila, 8 years old, I don’t know why she calls me Duke. I’m pretty cool with them, I do lots of activities when the weather allows me. They know how it works: I fix a frame and there’s no question of leaving it. I am in favor of letting them learn on their own.
