Great sadness for Sister Karen Houghton

Kris Jenner has to cope with a difficult loss. She shared the unexpected death of her sister Karen Houghton on Instagram.
Even if they did not always have a harmonious relationship, Kris Jenner, 68, the head of the Kardashian-Jenner clan, is deeply saddened by the sudden death of her younger sister Karen Houghton (1958-2024). On Instagram she announced the death of her closest relatives in visibly moved words.
There she writes: “It is with a heavy heart and deep sadness that I announce that my sister Karen passed away unexpectedly yesterday. My heart aches for my mother MJ and my niece Natalie and I pray that God will guide us all through this difficult time.” She is very grateful for the time she was able to spend with her sister. She concludes: “Karen’s death is a reminder that life is so short and precious and that tomorrow is never certain.”
A sibling love that is not always carefree
Nothing is currently known about the circumstances of Houghton’s death. Reports from “TMZ” magazine According to reports, she died of natural causes on Monday, March 18th. The two sisters grew up together in San Diego with their mother after their parents divorced and have not always had a close relationship in recent years. In 2013, the part-time nurse became the black sheep of the family when she leaked indiscreet information to the press at the baby shower of Kim Kardashian, 43, her sister Kris’ daughter.

Despite all the strife, Kris Jenner paid tribute to her sister in today’s Instagram post with extremely kind words: “Karen was beautiful inside and out. She was the sweetest, kindest, most sensitive, vulnerable and so funny. She was always grateful for her life and valued her family, her friends and most of all her beautiful daughter. She is a huge part of my heart and I cherish every single memory we have together.”
